Any physical therapist that watches this and still ‘believes’ there is a ‘right’ way to move should be re-directed to neuroscience. Add a noise called ‘pain’ and we have a very complicated situation. This gives a little more insight toward the ‘chicken and egg.’ P(Br)ain creates movement to protect us. Our movements become a defense and not a defect.
