2. Height > 165 cm (5’5ft)
3. Pain on visual analgue scale < 53.25mm ( < 5.3 rating of pain)
4. Difference in mid-foot width from non-weightbearing to weightbearing > 10.96mm

3/4 variables present = 86% probability of success (+ likelihood ratio of 8.8)
