  1. Shaking hands relieves symptoms
  2. Wrist-ratio greater than .67
  3. Symptom Severity Scale score > 1.9
  4. Decreased sensation in 1st digit
  5. Age > 45 years old

Greater or equal to 5 present: 90% probability

Greater or equal to 4 present: 70% probability

Greater or qual to 3 present: 62% probability
