  1. Side-to-side IR hip difference > 14 degrees
  2. Ankle dorsiflexion > 16 degrees
  3. Navicular Drop > 3mm
  4. No self-reported stiffness in sitting > 20 mins
  5. Squatting reported as most painful activity

At least 4 Predictors present = 100% sucess
At least 3 present = 94% success
At least 2  = 63% success
At least 1 =48% success
Success = 50% reduction in pain rating
