About a year ago, I found this video by Daniel Poulter demonstrating a neurodynamic technique to improve supposed “hamstring tightness”…it works!!!!

    • Do you think if you spent 2:00 min in long sitting without the head moving would have the same effect? Meaning is it the 2:00 min spent in long sitting or the head affects. It would be interesting to do a study?

  1. this is correctly called a neurodynamic stretch. search for slumps test to see how similar this is to a sciatic nerve tension test. as a chiropractor, i see dural tension masquerading as tight hamstrings almost daily . PS. eric is right, sustained hip flexion for 2+ minutes is bound to help tight hamstring too.
