Texas

I invite everyone here to participate by emailing Dr. Garcia with any questions or comments you have: president@texmed.org.  In this we can share some evidence to demonstrate why his statements are, well, a bit dated.  I have invited him to participate in a virtual discussion with Texas physical therapists, where he can share his thoughts a bit further.
