We shall appraise this care employing the F.T.P.T peer-review apparatus, which juxtaposes the interventions administered against the most substantiated interventions for that diagnosis, rating the caliber of care from A+ (exemplary) to F (substandard).
How is it enacted? We request that the referring party forwards all clinical documentation regarding the case under review. We implore you to obscure the identity of the clinician and patient, thereby obviating bias during review. Subsequently, we shall analyze the case and employ our F.T.P.T instrument to gauge the quality of care dispensed. A comprehensive report, alongside a copy of the utilized tool, shall be furnished to the referring party promptly (typically within 2-3 weeks).

We shall observe your practitioners in their daily routines, peruse their documentation, and proffer remedies to amplify the care provided. Additionally, we shall furnish a personalized educational session tailored to cater to your clinic’s requisites, assisting you in delineating a model that distinguishes your clinic from its competitors.
How is this accomplished? Upon engaging with F.T.P.T, each of your practitioners shall be dispatched a survey and multiple-choice questionnaire, enabling us to compile data regarding each practitioner’s knowledge base. Upon arrival at your premises, we shall dedicate two full days to observing patient care and reviewing clinical documentation. At the conclusion of the second day, the consultant shall engage with participating practitioners, querying them on the cases encountered that day. Subsequently, on day three, the consultant shall commence collaborating with the practitioner to formulate a plan aimed at refining their individual clinical practice. On the final day (day five), the consultant shall deliver a PowerPoint presentation to the staff elucidating insights gleaned from the experience and highlighting focal points for clinical enhancement. Thereafter, the consultant shall conduct a follow-up with the clinic after one month of implementation, deliberating on the overall experience.
